Salary:£22,000 to £24,000 dependant on experience

Build Africa is an award winning charity with 35 years of experience working in international development. For the rural communities we work with, education and livelihoods are key priorities, and we therefore aim to improve the quality of education children receive and increase the ability of families to secure a sustainable livelihood. Build Africa's fundraising team is committed to fulfilling our ambitious strategy to improve the lives of people in rural Africa and the Fundraising Coordinator will play a pivotal role enabling this to happen.

The successful candidate will provide essential coordination and support to the fundraising team in the areas of individual giving, schools, major donors, corporates, trusts and foundations. This role takes the lead in providing excellent supporter care and is responsible for managing a number of donor relationships.

You will have the ability to build strong relationships and will have experience of dealing with supporter or customer complaints and queries. Your excellent attention to detail and flair for producing reports and presentations working across teams in a fast-paced ambitious environment will be complimented by great multi-tasking skills and a proactive 'can do' attitude.

This position is offered on a full time contract and will be based in our Tunbridge Wells office. Build Africa will offer a 6% pension contribution in addition to salary.
